This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. Jersey City Residents Directory is privately operated. It cannot retrieve records, certify copies, verify who lives at an address, or change an official roll. Send those requests to the office that holds the record. For emergencies, call 911. If stalking or harassment is a concern, contact local police.
